Join celebrity chef Wanitha Tanasingam as she walks you through the real street food of Malaysia. Think delicious noodle dishes, easy satays and salads with a punch. Wanitha’s repertoire is vast and her teaching skills will excite your passion to cook.
One of our regulars, Judy Passlow, said Wanitha’s “infectiously delicious personality and style made the day heaps of fun… The feast we enjoyed together was magnificent.” Every class is a different menu, so even if you’ve been to Malaysian Hawker Style before, you’ll learn something new.
As always, classes are suitable for novices as well as experienced cooks. You help make a number of recipes hands-on, with some demonstration, and an interactive part to each class where knife skills are taught as well as kitchen basics.
