This class is for beginners, so even if you can’t boil an egg, you are assured of success. Expect more stylish food than you ever thought you could make. We take you through a series of new recipes for your repertoire, with world flavours on the menu.This class is mandatory for those who love to cook but need to learn how to minimise their time in the kitchen while still creating fresh, delicious dishes.

As always, classes are suitable for novices and experienced cooks. You help make a number of recipes hands-on, with some demonstration, and an interactive part where knife skills are taught as well as kitchen basics. Every class is a different menu, so even if you've been to Learn to be a Chef before, you'll learn something new.
