Spice and all things nice!
Indian cuisine is packed with flavour but a lot of that comes from ghee and other fats. We have kept the flavour but are reducing the calories in this spiced up class. Join us as we introduce you to the spices of Indian cooking and showcase healthy cooking techniques that can be used to prepare some great recipes featuring fresh vegetables, legumes, yogurt, rice and other grains. Think tandoori chicken, butter chicken, amazing fish curry and “creamy” spinach saag to get the taste buds going.
As always, classes are suitable for novices and experienced cooks. You help make a number of recipes hands-on, with some demonstration, and an interactive part where knife skills are taught as well as kitchen basics.
