Tantalise your senses in this feast of modern Moroccan cuisine. Imagine savoury chicken tajine with mouth-watering preserved lemons that melts in your mouth. Learn to make your own chermoula and harissa for extra zest. Be transported to the spice bazaar, and inspired with food from “the place where the sun sets”.

As always, classes are suitable for novices and experienced cooks. You help make a number of recipes hands-on, with some demonstration, and an interactive part where knife skills are taught as well as kitchen basics.
