This basic vegetarian class uses everyday spices for novice cooks or new vegetarians. Be introduced to the sweet and sour flavours of Thai ingredients learning how to use the wok as well as knife skills. Learn vegetarian pad Thai, green mango salad, vegetarian spring rolls with dipping sauce and vegetarian Thai red curry.
