You'll be strolling the boulevards of Paris in your mind as you revel in the wonderful smells in the air. The warm winter flavours of France infuse this class with casual, simple and delicious bistro ambience. Mouthwatering dishes such as Toulouse Sausage w/puy lentils, chicken liver mousse, prawn salad w/taragon dressing, and, of course Tart Tatin are some of our bistro samples.
Learn slow cooked recipes, traditional sauces and unusual vegetables. Think velvety celeriac soup, chicken liver pâté, parsnip mash, tarte tatin and more.

As always, classes are suitable for novices and experienced cooks. You help make a number of recipes hands-on, with some demonstration, and an interactive part where knife skills are taught as well as kitchen basics.
