Spring in France makes our hearts yearn for classic cool dishes that infuse this class with Spring bistro ambience. Learn traditional sauces and Spring vegetables. Think salmon rillettes - delicious "potted" salmon with dill and Pernod, Magret de canard (duck) a l'orange, spring salads and more!
